PPC CONNECT BY DIPRA

Frequently asked questions

Getting connected, setting up reports, and keeping track of your clients.

Getting started

What is DIPRA, and how does PPC Connect fit into it?

DIPRA stands for Digital · Intelligence · Platforms · Reporting · Automation. It is the public brand; PPC Connect by DIPRA is the application where you connect marketing platforms, map clients, configure reporting and alerts, and access skills.

Who is PPC Connect designed for—individual businesses, agencies, or both?

Both. A business can organize its own marketing accounts, while an agency can manage multiple clients and apply shared reporting preferences across selected clients or all clients.

Which advertising, analytics, and marketing platforms can I connect?

Supported connections include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Merchant Center. Availability depends on your permissions and selected accounts. Meta and Instagram are planned. Tag Manager supports tracking reviews but is excluded from monthly client reports.

Can I connect multiple clients and accounts under one login?

Yes. Select the accounts and properties you have permission to access, then group those belonging to the same business into a client mapping. Multiple supported platforms for the same mapped client count as one client for launch pricing.

How does Mapping connect each client to the correct accounts and properties?

Mapping associates a client with its advertising account IDs, analytics properties, and other connected sources. Verify those selections before requesting reports so evidence is attributed to the correct business.

Can I use PPC Connect with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms?

The AI Platform section provides connection instructions for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and Codex. Follow the guide for your chosen assistant and authorize its access. Connecting one assistant does not automatically connect another; access also depends on that assistant’s supported integrations.

What are Skills, and how do I use them?

Skills are reusable instructions for work such as account audits, campaign builds, keyword and negative-keyword reviews, budget analysis, reporting, and tracking reviews. Open Skills, choose a workflow, and use its instructions with your connected AI assistant and client brief.

Does PPC Connect make changes to my campaigns, or provide recommendations and drafts?

The current scope is account reads, analysis, recommendations, and drafts. Review campaign changes and export files before applying them in your advertising platform. Enabling alerts schedules checks; it does not authorize campaign edits.

Monthly reports & branding

How do I set up monthly reports for all clients at once?

Open Reporting and select All clients or choose multiple clients. The wizard applies shared branding and delivery preferences while keeping each client’s identity and account mapping. Reusable templates can also apply common choices and provide defaults for new clients.

What information is included in monthly reports, and which periods are compared?

Reports are designed to compare the last completed calendar month with the month before it. They include an executive summary, KPI comparisons, platform and campaign breakdowns, insights, and recommendations using connected Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Merchant Center sources. Advertising conversions and GA4 key events remain separate. Merchant Center diagnostics are current snapshots rather than historical comparisons. Missing sources are identified, and Tag Manager is excluded.

Can I customize reports with agency branding, client logos, colors, and fonts?

Yes. Choose Agency branded or Custom branding, then select whether to include the client name and client logo; custom branding also offers an agency-logo checkbox. Edit colors, fonts, and logo sizes, and review the preview. Website branding can be imported for review. Some font choices require installation on your device and otherwise display a fallback.

Can I preview and download an example report before completing setup?

Yes. Step 3 of the Reporting wizard shows a full, scrollable Acme example with fictional GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Console, and Merchant Center information. It includes an executive summary, insights, and recommendations, with a sample PDF download. The example is not your client’s live performance.

When do monthly reports run, and when will my first report arrive?

The reporting wizard uses a fixed schedule: the 2nd day of each month at 1:00 a.m. America/Chicago, including daylight saving time. For example, a November 2 run covers October compared with September. The final review shows the next reporting date. Automatic monthly generation and delivery are still awaiting activation; saving preferences alone does not start delivery.

Can I receive reports by email or have them saved to Google Drive?

The wizard lets you save a preference for an email ZIP containing your selected clients’ PDF and/or XLSX files, or a Google Drive destination. Receiving email requires a recipient address, not a Gmail connection. Drive delivery requires app authorization and access to the destination folder. Automatic email and Drive delivery are currently pending setup.

How are report files organized and named in Google Drive?

The configured structure is Monthly Reporting → [Month Year] → Clients, with files named [Client Name] [Month Year].pdf and/or .xlsx. A new month folder is intended for each reporting cycle, using the month covered by the report. For example, the November run saves October reports in October 2026. Choose a destination folder and share access as instructed in the Delivery step; automatic folder creation begins when Drive delivery is activated.

Alerts & monitoring

Which alerts are available, and what problems do they check for?

The 20 predefined checks cover account health and delivery, overspending, underspending, monthly budget pacing, conversion warnings, landing-page and form availability, unexpected account changes, Merchant Center and feeds, bidding configuration, offline-import continuity, search terms and negatives, optimization priorities, conversion tracking, lead quality, impression share and growth, PMax and Display placements, brand versus nonbrand mix, device/location/dayparting performance, ad copy and assets, and midmonth budgets. Each alert shows its description, checks, and schedule. Form availability checks are passive and do not submit test leads.

How do I enable, customize, or turn off alerts?

Open Explore → Alerts. Turn a check on, review or edit its name, description, flags, frequency, time, and timezone, then click Save changes. Saving an enabled alert schedules it automatically without a separate scheduling request. To change or stop future checks, edit or switch it off and save again.

Will enabled alerts run automatically while the app is closed?

Yes. Saved enabled alerts are queued for background checks even when the app is closed. They run on their saved schedule rather than continuously. Review the displayed run status and coverage gaps; a scheduled check needs access to the relevant platform data to complete.

What happens when a connected platform doesn’t provide the data needed for a report or alert?

Unavailable data is identified as a coverage gap rather than treated as an all-clear or replaced with invented results. Reports may distinguish pending data, current snapshots, and missing historical comparisons. Some checks, including lead quality, offline imports, and placements, require evidence that your connected sources may not expose.

Access & pricing

Are my connected accounts and client data private? Can I share access with someone else?

The public DIPRA website provides product information and does not grant access to your connected client data. The current application is a private pilot restricted to authorized users. Sending someone its URL does not give them access. Any additional access must be explicitly granted using the supported sharing controls.

How does the 14-day free trial work, and what does the subscription cost?

The launch plan is a 14-day free trial, followed by $29.99 per month for five clients, plus $5 per month for each additional client. Supported platform connections grouped under the same client do not each add a client fee. Trials and paid checkout are not open yet; the early-access form records your request and does not create a subscription. Research allowances and billing terms will be confirmed before checkout.
